The History of Eastern Catholic Broadcasting
Eastern Catholic Broadcasting is a media Apostolate affiliated with the Byzantine Catholic Eparchy of Passaic, a Catholic Diocese. The apostolate was begun in 2014 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in New Brunswick, NJ and Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Somerset, New Jersey by Father Francis Rella. The ministry began as a weekly broadcast of the Divine Liturgy and the production of multiple videos for the Eparchy, including a full-length documentary entitled “A Time to Live.” The media ministry continues here at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in Toms River, New Jersey with Eastern Catholic Radio, a 24/7 internet radio station through Live365.
